Guided visits

• Guided visits to the exhibition by authorized tour guides for groups up to 30 persons and lasting approximately 50 minutes. No extra charge for guides speaking English, French, German or Spanish.
  € 70.00 over and above the cost of the ticket
  This service must be booked through the Call center at the same time as booking for admission.
  
• Guided visits to the exhibition for school parties (up to 30 persons).
  € 45.00 in addition to the cost of the ticket
  This service must be booked through the Call center at the same time as booking for admission.
  
• Also available is a guide service to the exhibition for single visitors every Sunday at 11.30 a.m. and at 4.30 p.m. (Min. 6, max. 30 persons).
  € 5.00 in addition to the cost of the ticket

Radio-guides

All groups intending to visit the exhibition with a guide (whether an official guide or on of their own) must be equipped with radio equipment (microphone for the guide and plug-in earpiece for the visitors) so as not to disturb other visitors present.
Only school parties are exempt from this regulation.

There will also be a service for groups requesting an exclusive guided tour outside of public opening hours.

Workshops and activities

The Prato Textile Museum organizes workshops connected to the exhibition for families with children between 5 and 11 years old, accompanied by specialized guides.

Every Sunday, Saturday 26 December 2009 and Wednesday 6 January 2010, in two shifts at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. respectively. The activities last approximately one hour. The maximum number for each shift is 25 children.

Participation in the workshops needs no booking and is free (only for visitors).
