Booking

Booking may be done online or else by telephone to the call center.
Tickets once booked or purchased cannot be annulled, nor can the booking be altered.
Admission may be booked during any free period from the hour to half past any hour until 5.30 p.m. of any day. Booking is optional but strongly advised in the case of groups and school, especially for holidays or the days preceding these. Booking will ensure admittance at the desired time of day even if crowded, thus avoiding queues.

Payment

Booking of the right to admission, over and above the price of ticket:

  • individual € 1.00 per head
  • schoolchildren € 0.50 per student

Online booking involves payment by credit card through a totally secure bank platform.

Collecting the tickets

Tickets booked for the exhibition must be collected from the ticket office of the Prato Textile Museum. Tickets must be applied for at the ticket office about 10 minutes before the time chosen.
Those benefitting from a reduction as possessors of a card or membership card will be asked to exhibit these on entering the exhibition.

Guide services to exhibition and teaching workshops

For groups and individuals as well as for school parties it is possible to book guides by the same methods as for tickets.
The charge for the service must be paid together with the charge for the tickets.
